We recommend having a cold shower after your session. if showering at TGS, PLEASE REMEMBRE TO KEEP SHOWERS TO 5MIN AS THERE WILL BE OTHER CLIENTS.

Salt Therapy Room
As we have upgraded our halotherapy machine, our sessions are now 30min. The device will run for 20min and then shut down, then you continue to inhale the microscopic salt particles until the session ends.

feel free to bring ear pods/headphones to listen to music, a podcast or watch a movie on your phone to pass the time.
​
Wear whatever is comfortable, there is no heat treatment in this room.
​
This Space can accommodate up to 4 people.
​
Children are welcome but they must be supervised at all times. parents - please be mindful of this as there will be other clients using our services for relaxation and Quiet.

We provide all towelling and filtered water. Whilst in the pod you can place your phone in the holder if you wish to watch a movie, listen to music etc.
